RECEPTIONISTS
The first people to greet you when you arrive at our hospital, our receptionists are always happy to see our patients. Our busy front desk staff is here to assist you with making appointments or boarding arrangements, checking your pet in and out, prescription refills, and answering your phone calls. Should you have a question about your pet, they will check with a doctor and relay accurate directions to you or take a message for the doctor. Our receptionists have a wealth of knowledge; feel free to ask them any questions you might have.

VETERINARY ASSISTANTS
Our assistants help our doctors in the treatment area of the hospital and in surgery. They carefully monitor the hospitalized cases, check in and release surgeries, check in boarders, and perform routine labwork and procedures such as nail trims, anal gland expression and cleaning ears. They are the ones who keep everything running smoothly in the back! Should you have any questions about a hospitalized pet, we encourage you to call and ask to speak to one of our assistants.

KENNEL STAFF
The kennel staff provides excellent care for our boarding clients. Most importantly they monitor food and water intake as well as attitude to make sure the animals are healthy and happy while they're here. Should any concerns arise, the staff brings the animal to the attention of a doctor. They walk the animals three times daily in the yard, and can often be found on the kennel floor playing and giving extra attention! Baths are a daily occurrence for dogs and cats and the staff makes sure all cages are free of any messes. The kennel workers help keep our hospital clean and in working order.
