Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. If you need to cancel an appointment, kindly provide 24 hour notice whenever possible so that we may use that time to assist another client's pet.

Although we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. Therefore we ask that you restrain your pet before entering and during your time in the waiting room. Cats and other small animals should arrive in a pet carrier. Dogs need to be placed on leash. If you have a retractable leash, we ask that the leash be 'locked' in a shorter position.

Medication and Food Return

Sometimes it is necessary during the course of treatment to change a pet’s medication. It is our policy that we can not take back prescription medication once it has been dispensed. If during the course of treatment it becomes necessary to change a pet’s diet, or if your pet will not eat the new prescription diet, we are able to take back food. Should you have any questions about these policies, please call us and we will direct your inquiry to our office manager.

Payment

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks and cash.
