No two pets are the same, but they all deserve excellent care and our treatment plans are always tailored to each individual patient. We value open lines of communication with our clients and will ensure that pet owners feel heard by taking the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
We strive to provide your pets with optimal healthcare for their entire lifetime. This means not only treating your pet in times of illness, but also helping you to keep your best friends happy and healthy. Our services include wellness medicine, vaccinations, medical services and treatments, surgical procedures, in house digital x-rays and ultrasound, MLS laser therapy, stem cell therapy, canine behavioral consulting and puppy class, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, nutrition, and boarding.
To allow ample time for all patients and minimize wait times, we operate by scheduled appointments. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Personal space is necessary for our pet's comfort. We ask that you help our patients in the waiting by keeping your animal properly restrained. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times; retractable leashes need to be locked at the shortest length possible. If your dog is nervous, scared, or excited in the lobby, please ask a staff member about alternative waiting areas. Please keep your cat in a carrier when in the lobby and on the seat next to you rather than on the ground. If your cat is stressed, we encourage you to utilize our pheromone treated cat waiting area behind the reception desk for more peace and quiet or ask a staff member about alternative waiting areas.
RECENTLY ADOPTED PETS
Danada Veterinary Hospital recognizes the pet overpopulation problem. For those clients that have rescued a pet within the past 30 days from an organized, not-for-profit rescue group or not-for-profit shelter, we will waive the initial veterinary exam fee. Please bring the paperwork that accompanied your pet when you adopted. Additional charges for services or vaccines may apply.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Danada Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down any visit charges over $200 into 6 monthly installments interest free. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online.
