The human-animal bond starts with good health and we will provide your pets with optimal healthcare for their entire lifetime. This means not only treating your pet in times of illness, but also helping you to keep your best friends happy and healthy. Our services include wellness medicine, vaccinations, medical services and treatments, surgical procedures, in house digital x-rays and ultrasound, MLS laser therapy, stem cell therapy, canine behavioral consulting and puppy class, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, nutrition, and boarding.
APPOINTMENTS
To allow ample time for all patients and minimize wait times, we operate by scheduled appointments. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations result in lost openings that could have helped us serve other patients and may be subject to a no-show fee. Existing clients who miss an appointment and fail to cancel in advance will also be required to leave a credit card deposit before they can schedule their next appointment.We require a credit card deposit for all new clients at the time of scheduling.
To avoid this no-show fee, we request cancellation no later than the evening prior to the scheduled appointment. We understand that extenuating circumstances occur so management will consider each case at their discretion if cancellation occurs the day of the appointment.
RECENTLY ADOPTED PETS
Danada Veterinary Hospital recognizes the pet overpopulation problem. For those clients that have rescued a pet within the past 30 days from an organized, not-for-profit rescue group or not-for-profit shelter, we will waive the initial veterinary exam fee. Please bring the paperwork that accompanied your pet when you adopted. Additional charges for services or vaccines may apply.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We understand this and are able to offer arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down any visit charges over $200 into 6 monthly installments interest free. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online.
