The goal of every pet parent is to ensure their pets live long, happy and healthy lives. We can help with that. No two pets are the same, but they all deserve excellent care and our treatment plans are always tailored to each individual patient. We value open lines of communication with our clients and will ensure that pet owners feel heard by taking the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
The human-animal bond starts with good health and will provide your pets with optimal healthcare for their entire lifetime. This means not only treating your pet in times of illness, but also helping you to keep your best friends happy and healthy. Our services include wellness medicine, vaccinations, medical services and treatments, surgical procedures, in house digital x-rays and ultrasound, MLS laser therapy, stem cell therapy, canine behavioral consulting and puppy class, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, nutrition, and boarding.
To allow ample time for all patients and minimize wait times, we operate by scheduled appointments. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Personal space is necessary for our pet's comfort. We ask that you help our patients in the waiting by keeping your animal properly restrained. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times; retractable leashes need to be locked at the shortest length possible. If your dog is nervous, scared, or excited in the lobby, please ask a staff member about alternative waiting areas. Please keep your cat in a carrier when in the lobby and on the seat next to you rather than on the ground. If your cat is stressed, we encourage you to utilize our pheromone treated cat waiting area behind the reception desk for more peace and quiet or ask a staff member about alternative waiting areas.
