Customer Service Representative - Full Time
Love pets AND people? As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate is calm under pressure, and dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for our clients. Applicants must have flexibility with hospital shifts (7 AM–4 PM, or 11 AM–7 PM) and rotating Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities include:
Greet clients and pets with a positive attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
Support daily front desk operations
Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented; must be able to multi-task
Previous veterinary experience is a plus
Passion for animals and their care
Comfortable with computers and willingness to learn veterinary software
Part-Time Kennel Attendant – Year-Round Position (Nights, Weekends, and Holidays Required)

Our kennel operates 365 days a year, including all weekends and holidays. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule. No exceptions.
This is an excellent opportunity for college students or individuals interested in veterinary medicine and animal care. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who can also work independently while maintaining the highest standards of care for our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring the health and behavior of animals, including signs of stress or illness, and reporting concerns to veterinary staff
Accurately recording information in medical records
Walking dogs and cleaning up waste
Feeding, watering and cleaning up after all types of animals including (but not limited to) dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and birds
Administering medications to boarding pets as instructed
Bathing animals prior to discharge
Cleaning kennels, cages, exam rooms, and other hospital areas
Washing dishes and laundry
What we're looking for:
Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays on a rotating schedule
Able to walk dogs outdoors in all weather conditions
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely
Must be able to kneel, crouch, stoop, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a loud environment
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
