You can download our Otto app in either the Google Play Store or the App Store for Apple. With the app installed, you will have access to your pet portal on your phone.
Use the app to:
- Check in from the parking lot
- Request appointments for your pet
- Request prescription refills
- Receive appointment reminders
- Share your pet ID and vaccine history directly from the app
- Set up and receive in-app notifications
When opening the Otto app for the first time on a new device, you will have to log in using the phone number or email address associated with your account at the hospital.
If it is more convenient, you can also access your Pet Portal by navigating to to the desktop version.. When navigating to this site for the first time on a new device, you will be asked to log in using the phone number or email address associated with your account at your clinic. If you enter your email address, you will be emailed a link to click to log in to the Pet Portal. If you enter your phone number, you will be texted a link to click instead. These links will be the same and will take you to your same Pet Portal regardless of which option you choose and the Pet Portal can be used from both a mobile or desktop browser, so you should use whichever option is more convenient. (If you have the Otto app installed on your phone and you click the link that was sent to you to log in, the app will automatically open on your phone.)
